Agnes Advokatbyrå was founded in 2013 and is a highly specialised law firm working with most areas of environmental law, with a particular focus on water law. The firm has offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Our work includes environmental regulatory and compliance issues, such as permit applications under the Environmental Code, transactional advice, advice related to contaminated areas and environmental liability and several other specific areas of environmental law such as waste and chemicals.

Agnes Larfeldt is advokat and partner, specialising in environmental law and in particular water law. She works mainly with major industries and infrastructure projects. Agnes started her career 1998 at Mannheimer Swartling and has since worked with Advokatfirman Vinge and Setterwalls Advokatbyrå, where she was head of the environmental law group in Stockholm and Gothenburg. In 2013 she founded Agnes Advokatbyrå. Agnes has a Swedish Master of Laws degree from Stockholm University (1998) and a Bachelor’s degree from the Stockholm School of Economics (1996).
Agnes was appointed by Chambers Legal 2020 as one of the leading environmental lawyers in Sweden.
Henrik Malmberg began his employment at Agnes Advokatbyrå January 2019. Previously, Henrik has worked at the Environmental Court, the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency.
Johanna Lindqvist has been working at Agnes Advokatbyrå since 2017. She specialises in environmental law and started working as an associate within environmental law at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå in 2011. Recently (August 2018- August 2019) Johanna took a year off and has, during that time, been working at the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management. Johanna has also worked at the Land and Environment Court of Appeal (Mark- och miljööverdomstolen, Svea Hovrätt) (2009-2011) and as a law clerk at the district court of Gothenburg (Göteborgs tingsrätt) (2006-2007). She has Master of laws degree from Lund University (2005) and Master of Laws from Macquarie University (2008).
Kajsa Tiderman has been an associate at Agnes Advokatbyrå since 2015. She has a Swedish Master of Laws degree from Stockholm University and specialises in environmental law and in EU external trade relations. Kajsa has an interest in EU environmental law and her thesis concerned the EU water legislation and its implementation in Sweden. She has studied at the faculty of law at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City and is fluent in Spanish and English.
We are happy to welcome Anna Bergmark in May 2019. She has previously worked at the district court of Nacka (Nacka tingsrätt).
Paulina Rautio started working at Agnes Advokatbyrå in 2020. She specializes in environmental law. She has worked mainly with major industries in waste, food and chemical industry but also with issues related to contaminated land. Paulina started her career in environmental law 2010 at the Land and Environment court at Östersund district court. Paulina has since then worked at the government authority Länsstyrelsen i Skåne län, as environmental lawyer and coordinator of the supervision of industries. Thereafter, she worked as an environmental lawyer at WSP Sweden and before starting at Agnes Advokatbyrå at Vattenkraftens Miljöfond.
Paulina has a Master of Laws degree and a Master of Science degree from Göteborg University (2007).
Maria Johannesson started working at Agnes Advokatbyrå in September 2016. She has previously been working at Mannheimer Swartlings Office Facility team in Stockholm. Maria is dedicated to high quality service.
